Tom Cruise Gay Suit Widens

(August 25, Los Angeles) Tom Cruise's $100 million dollar defamation suit over all those gay stories has now grown to include Kyle Bradford's ex-wife.

Bradford is the gay porn star accused of "telling all" to the French magazine Actustar.  But, when Bradford, who stars in X-Rated wrestling videos denied giving the  interview, and Actustar agreed to publish a retraction.

Despite the denials lawyers are pressing ahead with the suit, originally filed in May.

Now,  Kristina Ann Kirstin, Bradford's ex has been added. Papers filed by Cruise's lawyers say she defamed the actor when she sold a story to the National Enquirer about the "affair".

Chuck Kester, the attorney for Kirstin, told the LA Times that his client spoke with the National Enquirer but only after the suit against Bradford became public.

Kester said Kirstin was paid for her comments but he said she made no defamatory statements.
