Friends, Family and Supporters:
I’m so sorry to bombard you with another mailing.
As you know, Marcus’ family had little option but to settle out of
court. If pushed, there is
likelihood that Minersville’s insurance company would be forced into
bankruptcy. This leaves the family
with a settlement that is less than desirable.
Now that the court case has concluded, it’s our turn and obligation
to rally and fight for what’s right … justice and
accountability.
Many of you have asked for the local Minersville newspapers
information. While we certainly
would like you to bombard the newspaper with letters to the editor, let us take
it a step further.
Write your local TV stations, newspapers and media to inform them of
this atrocity. Remember, this can
and does happen across the country and even in your towns.
You can find the full press release regarding the settlement under
the Resources tab on our website for pointers and
facts.
We are operating on NO budget and as much as I would welcome
donations, we can spread the message further by apparel, totes, hats and the
like. You may find new items in our
cafepress.com store shortly.
I strongly encourage you to take a look and by a great item that will
spread our message.
We certainly welcome your ideas and suggestions regarding tag-lines
for shirts as well as media outlet information. If you can help us in any way, please
forward your comments to info@marcuswayman.org.
The local newspaper in Minersville is called the Pottsville

Now it’s our turn to fight for tolerance, justice and the
innocent! I hope you will join us
in anyway you can.
Thank you for your continued support and stay tuned … we’re just
getting started!
In peace,
Kyle
