I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to each of you who were able to attend

and the groups and organizations that co-sponsored DontAmend Tampa Bay's Valentines Day Of

Action Rally. We had just over a hundred members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender

community and our supporters participate in the rally. Even the rain didn't stop you from attending

and for this I am very grateful to each of you. Your participation contributed to making the DATB's

Valentines Day Of Action Rally a great success. I hope that you enjoyed this celebration of our

relationships and the comments made by our speakers.

Because of the wonderful turn-out, every local news station that covered the rally, aired coverage of

the rally on their 6 and 10 o'clock news broadcasts. I also want to thank those of you who consented

to being interviewed by the media and for the positive comments you made on Marriage Equality.

Without your participation our message for Marriage Equality and opposition to the Federal Marriage Amendment, F.M.A,. would not have been heard and by adding your voices together, we were heard

I would like to acknowledge and extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to Alan Miles and Cheryl Baumgardner for all their tireless effort and the countless hours they put forth in helping to organize DontAmend Tampa Bay's Valentines Day Of Action Rally.

DATB will send out updates on future events and activities we will be holding. We will also, keep you

informed on the progress of the Federal Marriage Amendment and on actions you can take to help

prevent it passage. You can find late breaking news articles on same-sex marriages, along with action alerts and calls to actions issued by DATB and the many groups and organizations that are fighting

Please, do not hesitate to contact me with your questions, suggestions or wish to help organize future

events and activities. Together we can and will make a positive difference in obtaining the equal right

to marry and the benefits that come with it, for all gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans.
